Responsibilities and duties Manage and Monitor all Quality related activities in all CS plants in the Region, including operating system benchmarking and compliance Audit 8Ds in the plants to ensure in depth root cause identification and closure of PCAs. Cost of Poor Quality- Drive improvement plans with Plants in the region to improve YoY and meet the BBP Targets Monitor and Audit Improvement Projects and Actions implementation Promote Lessons Learning and Read Across among all Plants in the Region Enhance quality level towards Quality 2.0 and zero defect strategy by coordinating the plants and functions accordingly Train Manufacturing Associates, Supervisors and Team Leaders on handling / inspection / release criteria in case of new plants, plant enlargements and critical launches Follow the "zero defect strategy" and apply respective management routines and track progress accordingly (see CopQ/ number of claims) Quality requirements: Drive improvement plans to improve YoY and meet the BBP Targets Ensure standardization and Execution of RFMEA process and track completion in all Plants

Responsibilities and duties
Manage Region EOS CS documentation starting for creation until publishing and distribution.
Regional audit coordination- schedule, perform monitor and report EOS Audits and IATF 16949 audits in Connection Systems locations (identifying gaps in business system as well as in execution and play active role in fixing the gaps)
To manage the Document Change Request (DCR) Process
Ensure Regional CS EOS documents and KPIS are in line with global ones
Cooperating with Regional swimlane / flow champions to decide on revisions in existing documents and need for new ones
Prepare, organize and deliver necessary trainings to local quality system/audit coordinators
Act as EOS expert within local quality system/audit coordinators’ Group on EOS related matters.
Lead EOS projects with quality system/audit coordinators for developing common Regional processes.
Perform internal EOS Audits according to Annual Audit Plan and complete necessary reporting and follow up of findings.
To develop Regional Internal External Audit Plan and follow up compliance to the plan.
To maintain Auditing SharePoint. (audit plans, audit trackers, etc)
To follow up timeliness of internal /external audit reports and closures of audit findings
To prepare Regional Audit Metrics reports and required presentations about Internal / External Audits.
